History
Avanta is headquartered in London and established in India in 2008, Avanta has expanded its base across Delhi/NCR, featuring top quality business centres and coworking spaces at prime locations. In June 2008, Avanta signed two leases on buildings in the centre of Delhi and Mumbai as it embarks on a major expansion drive into the Indian market.
In September 2008, Avanta started operations from Statesman House in Connaught Place, first coworking space in New Delhi. It was 21,000 sq. ft. area then, which now expanded over 30,000 sq. ft. This business centre offers prestigious office spaces in the heart of New Delhi, helping you to project the right image before your clients.
In October 2012, Avanta India opened a new coworking space in Saket at Southern Park Mall, targeting elite South Delhi clientele. This facility now covers approximately 12,000 sq. ft. area, offering premium business services to entrepreneurs, start-up companies, and large corporations.
The 2014 marked further growth for Avanta India, with new business centre in Gurgaon, adding the tally to 3 in Delhi and Gurgaon. The coworking space in Gurgaon at Park Centra started its operations in August 2014, with an aim to provide professional services to clients coming to NH-8.
At present, we have reached the count of five with Nehru Place as our latest business centre in New Delhi. The year-on-year expansion has brought forward an enthusiasm towards success. This coworking space in Nehru Place is situated at the International Trade Tower on the second level with Nehru Place metro station right adjacent to it.
